Relationship counselling - I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy a way of helping couples move from disconnection to connection. Looking at the negative cycles you get caught in and helping you identify where you get stuck. Strengthening bonds to create more secure and happier relationships.
Individual counselling - Support in the areas of bereavement, cancer support, relationships and adoption.
Relationships are so important to our sense of who we are and how we feel loved. I work with couples and individuals to discover and understand this more fully. I have worked with many clients over the last 16 years, I work particularly with clients in the following areas -adoption, bereavement, life as a carer, parenting, and relationships in general.
