Things can get difficult for all of us in our lives at times. Or we can feel confused about the direction of our lives. When that happens, and our normal coping strategies aren't working, it can be really helpful to have someone objective to talk to. I will listen non judgmentally and offer you a safe place to work through whatever is troubling you, with respect and trust. Together we will help you to understand yourself better, and find clarity. I strongly believe that the relationship between us fosters healing and change. I want to get to know what it is like for you to be you - with your history, feelings and experiences.
I am an experienced, accredited integrative counsellor who can work with you on a wide variety of issues. I have a special interest in bereavement, loss and grief. I also work extensively with depression, stress and anxiety. My training means that I can work in a variety of ways; everyone is unique and needs something different, according to their needs
