Anxiety, depression and confusion usually accompany these challenging life situations.
I provide individual and couples therapy. My approach is practical, philosophical and connected, incorporating approaches supported by research where possible. In therapy we look at self-understanding, relationships, background, culture, the way language is being used. As understanding develops, shifts happen, change occurs, new possibilities develop.
Reaching out for help when struggling can feel near impossible and futile. Rest assured - therapy is very effective. It is a conversation that is supportive, serious, heart-felt, challenging, involves much more laughing than clients expect and sometimes it is painful and sad.
