Lucy Smith
Psychotherapist, MA, BACP
There are many difficulties in life that can feel overwhelming at times. Life circumstances or internal struggles can leave us feeling as if we are not getting what we should out of life and we want to be able to move forward. In all circumstances I believe passionately in the power of psychotherapy to help enact positive change. The tools and skills you could learn with me can enable you to feel that you can live the rest of your life free from what has been holding you back. We would do this together working at your pace and always being in partnership.
I trained as a psychotherapist because I believe truly that good mental health is invaluable in order to lead a happy, successful and fulfilled life. My experience and training would mean that we would work as a team that’s sole purpose is to better your life and understanding of yourself.
Admitting that things aren’t going well is a massive step and I feel the most difficult part of this process. I offer you respect, empathy and a warm environment with which to share your struggles. Thank you for your time reading my profile and I hope I will be hearing from you so that we can begin to take some steps towards your brighter future, Lucy
