I am an experienced psychotherapist who has gone on to specialise in a form of therapy that accelerates psychological change. I am passionate about helping people overcome whatever is preventing them from living fully and freely. There are always reasons for psychological suffering, and when we do not tackle it, it tends to be repeated. I aim to help you resolve the difficulties you bring in a collaborative, solution-focused and emotionally therapeutic way.
Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) is an accelerated form of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy that aims to resolve current day difficulties by developing awareness of the thoughts and behaviours that are causing these issues. You will feel more yourself, the more you are able to let go of all that is in your way.
You may be new to therapy, in which case I appreciate how hard it can be to admit to yourself there’s something wrong, to ask for help, or to believe change is possible.
