You found your way here because of your courage ,and your desire for something to change. I understand how hard it can be to reach out. Our work will start by honouring your strengths and supporting you to hold and ease the challenges that you are experiencing. I hold an anti-oppressive space to support you to bring whatever you are seeking to change or understand. Together we will resource you to adapt to physical and emotional shifts, increase your awareness of your needs, and to feel more present and content in your life. To believe that you have choice and to feel you have positive control.
I offer counselling and supervision, online and in person. I also offer walking and wilderness therapy on Dartmoor where we use the landscape around us to explore and understand more of your self and your life. Through curiosity and exploration we will build your sense of who you are, to be confidently you, and thrive.
It’s hard to change patterns and behaviours that aren’t serving us well, even when we want to, and they can take us to the darkest places. I also know the feeling of freedom – how through healing you can be YOU with confidence and courage. Contact me to have a brief informal chat, to see if together we can help you find your way forward.
