Together, we’ll gently make sense of what’s happening for you and begin to uncover what might be keeping you feeling stuck, with the aim of opening up the possibility for change. I centre my work on the belief that healing happens through a genuine, trusting connection, so that meaningful and lasting change can take place.
I have extensive clinical experience of supporting adults presenting with issues which have included; a general sense that things are 'not right' with you, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, low mood, bereavement, experiences of all types of abuse, family difficulties, relationship struggles, low self-worth, personality disorders, feeling stuck or experiencing trauma.
