I welcome people from all walks of life, and I honour the many ways we can experience identity, neurodiversity, and ability. I have lived experience as a member of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities and bring an understanding of the ways societal norms and minority stresses can impact people differently.
It is my goal to create a warm and inclusive space for all my clients, so that they feel seen, accepted and safe.
I am person-centred and pluralistic and I believe in the powerful healing and movement that can take place for all of us when we are met with genuine warmth, acceptance and understanding. I work collaboratively with my clients, exploring creative techniques and approaches, and in response to my client’s unique way of being.
