Through our bodies, we have a unique capacity to heal psychological wounds and break free of limitations. Psychotherapy offers space to be met exactly as we are, so we can begin to see ourselves as whole and access our inner guidance and resources. I believe in the wisdom of the body in how it responds to and heals from trauma, and I have experience of working with people somatically to find greater ease in their bodies and lives.
In therapy, I journey with you into your deepest embodied experiences so the parts of you that are hurting can be met and held with compassion. You can come to know and care for the parts of yourself that have been hurt and hidden, and the ways of being you have developed that try to keep you safe that may no longer serve you.
In working through my own difficult experiences, psychotherapy, movement, and meditation practice have allowed me to find greater ease and joy in my body and my life. Life can be difficult, but with support we can see the love and the beauty it offers. I became a psychotherapist to support people to find this goodness in their own lives.
