As a Person Centred, Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I incorporate within my approach alternative, accessible & preventative therapeutic styles & tools that have proven to be of great benefit to the overall mental health & wellbeing of clients I have had the privilege of supporting within their journey of healing. My methodology combines a range of effective approaches including education & empowerment by developing an emotional understanding & acceptance of self. My approach to therapy also greatly encourages self-love, confidence, care, resilience & reliance.
My training & development includes working specifically with those suffering from a range of Anxieties, Depression, Bereavement, Traumatic life changes & Sexual Violence. Therapeutic support looks different for everyone; I wonder what support might look or feel like for you?
