Lets be honest, finding the right counsellor can feel very daunting, especially with so many profiles to read so I'll try to keep it simple. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space where you can feel comfortable opening up about your inner most thoughts and feelings. We can explore things like your relationships, your history and childhood, bereavements, the impact of the pandemic on you or anything that you feel you need to gain clarity on or offload. The sessions are yours to use however you feel is needed and I will be there to support and encourage you on your journey. It's an hour to focus on you!
I can help increase your self awareness and offer psychoeducation regarding your mental health . Guide you on proven self-help/CBT informed techniques that will help you cope with worry, overthinking, poor sleep, low-mood and low-motivation and low self-esteem. I will support you with goal setting, to achieve change and for you to reach your full potential.
Taking the first steps to reach out can be feel scary and hard to do but I am told that I am very approachable, warm and put people at ease.
