Hello, I’m Lucy Sands and I send you the warmest welcome to my directory page. Navigating life’s ups and downs can be difficult alone, often leading to feeling stuck, unable to cope, overwhelmed and confused. Anxiety, panic attacks, depression and/or uncontrollable emotions can have a devastating impact on everyday life. Professionally for many years I have offered a friendly, down to earth counselling and psychotherapy service, grounded in the core values of openness, respectfulness and honesty. I offer young people and adults one to one therapy, for as long as required.
Whatever your unique situation or root cause of distress, I will unconditionally listen without judgement, supporting you process what is happening. I am trained to integrate various theoretical tools and techniques, to tailor a therapeutic session that best suits you.
Counselling brings increased self-awareness and together we will work towards facilitating choice and change. I will not judge but walk beside you in your therapeutic journey. Thank you for considering utilising my help.
