Taking that first step to starting therapy can be overwhelming. That's why talking with a supportive, non-judgemental, experienced Clinical Psychologist, who believes in the importance of people feeling safe and heard can be incredibly beneficial. My sessions are collaborative and use an integrative approach, drawing on a range of psychological models that prioritises peoples strengths and values to help individuals make sense of their past and present experiences. The sessions aim to help people feel happier, calmer and develop their own resources to manage emotions, relationships and difficult life events that may occur.
I have over eight years experience working in the mental health sector and work with clients across all ages with a range of presentations. I specialise in working with attachment difficulties, children, teens and families including parents and carers and individuals that have experienced developmental or relational trauma.
