I have experience in dealing with young people as well as being grounded in working with older adults and their issues. Young adult suffering from low mood or anxiety, adolescents struggling with school based issues, eating disorders, social anxieties and traumas of family life are suited to my practice. It can be difficult reaching out for help but if you can connect correctly with another individual it can help build confidence and rebuild your life. Many people struggle with unresolved pain or illness. I offer techniques to cope with these issues. Often psychological barriers prevent our healing successfully.
I offer integrative and creative therapies drawing on mindfulness as a grounding tool for anxieties. I use a range of techniques to allow people to engage if the verbal word is difficult. I believe in creating a balanced person so work holistically with different areas of the clients life integrating the self. With chronic pain I use releasing techniques.

It is good to build a relationship that allows the client to grow and to allow you to feel comfortable on your path to feeling complete again.
