I am a play and creative arts therapist, with additional training in sandplay therapy. I work with children aged 4-14 years and increasingly with children who are aged 8+. Play is a developmentally appropriate therapy for children. Older children often talk more about what is going on for them too and creative arts therapy (such as sandplay and art) helps deepen self-awareness and self-expression.
I offer a safe, gentle and sensitive space for children and young people to be accepted however they are. I have experience in working with a range of presenting issues and difficulties and work collaboratively with parents.
