You might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. Maybe you're navigating life as a neurodivergent adult or supporting a child who’s struggling at home or school. Perhaps you’re in the middle of pregnancy or new parenthood, a time that is filled with complexities. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know: you don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Whether we’re exploring your identity, building coping strategies, processing trauma, or working through parenting challenges, my aim is always to help you feel seen, empowered, and better equipped to move toward a more meaningful and manageable life.
I offer therapy and assessments, focussing on understanding the whole person, not just ticking boxes or manualised therapy.
I work with: neurodivergent people, including those exploring their identity; Expectant and new parents, including birth preparation, birth trauma and adjustment; Children and their parents to support mental health and behaviour.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll create a space where you can adjust to life’s changes and transitions. I offer a free 15-minute conversation so you can ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit for you or your family.
