I work mainly with those experiencing mental health difficulties, and it's related problems such as trauma, addiction and family and relationship issues. I also work a lot with people who identify as neurodivergent.
As a integrative counsellor, I am trained in a wide range of different modalities, and adapt therapy to best suit your individual needs, goals and preferences. My ultimate goal is to empower you to overcome the challenges you face, cultivate self awareness and to attain personal growth; so that you can live the life you want and deserve.
