I help children and adolescents with anxiety, low mood, depression and emotional problems. I offer a supportive place to explore difficulties, work through trauma and encourage hope. I work individually with children but also offer parent support. I am experienced in trauma-informed parenting work.
Modern life comes with multiple stresses, and I can help with school challenges and attendance, exams, anxiety around the future, and peer relationships.
I am also interested in immune-mediated disorders and chronic health conditions - including Long Covid and PANS/PANDAS.
As an experienced talk therapist, I offer a warm and non-judgmental space to think about your child's difficulties.
Mental and physical health are intrinsically linked, so I work within a multi-disciplinary team, as I believe this integrative approach is the most effective.
I know choosing a therapist can be overwhelming at an already stressful time. So I offer 15-minute free consultations online or on the phone to discuss how I can help you.
