Hi, I’m Lucy an experienced BACP accredited psychodynamic therapist based in Ridgewood, Uckfield. I see adults online & in-person in my peaceful garden room.
Would you like to live in the moment, not being held back by anxiety and stress. I work with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, work and family problems.

Prior to training as a therapist my background is in science and cancer research. I am a logical, warm and engaging therapist and can help people struggling with anxiety, feelings of anger, grief and sadness allowing you to live your life with greater clarity and a deeper sense of understanding of yourself.
