I particularly support those who need to rebuild their lives after Trauma, Loss, Grief, relationship breakdown, and I have worked too with many facing Addiction, Work-related issues, and those who are unable to move forward in their lives and need time and support in finding their way forward. I am passionate about and committed to guiding you to find a way that is supportive for you and helps you turn towards making the changes in your life that have not been possible to do alone.
I help you to understand what you are experiencing and, we create a story of your life identifying together thought patterns, belief systems that are affecting you from living the way that you would like to in your life. I work with a wide range of issues including Anxiety and Depression, Neurodivergence, Childhood/developmental Trauma, and many more.
I hold a non-judgmental and very supportive space for you. I explore in great depth with you what you are experiencing so that I can understand what you are facing in your own life as far as is possible, offering a wide set of skills to you and facilitate the session to support you to bring about effective and lasting change in your life.
