As an Integrative Counsellor, I tailor my skills and learning to meet the unique needs of each individual client or couple, drawing mainly on psychodynamic theory. However, working relationally is my most primary influence, meaning I focus on the client/counsellor relationship to help you develop awareness of self, allowing you to be more authentically you.
While our sessions are grounded in the present, they are inevitably influenced by our past, the challenges we've encountered, and the familial narratives or life scripts imposed upon us by influential figures.
