I am an integrative psychotherapist with 17 years’ experience working with individuals, couples, families, and young people. My approach tailors therapeutic methods to each client’s unique story. I believe therapy offers a space to explore your sense of self and relationships, giving clarity and new perspective. Together, we’ll build a safe and supportive relationship to explore the experiences shaping your way of being and uncover what’s needed to feel self-reliant and initiate meaningful change.
I tailor therapy to each client, often using creative methods to support expression and insight. I specialise in neurodiverse youth and systemic dynamics, offering a safe and relational space to explore identity, change, and connection across life stages.
For me, life’s complexity deserves space to be explored, not solved in isolation. I offer psychotherapy tailored to to all ages, creating room for emotions to speak, even when words won’t.
