What would it be like to feel less anxious? What would it be like to be supported in recovering from trauma? What if you could develop healthy boundaries and improve your relationships? Life can be a challenge and finding a counsellor can be hard. I am a warm, non-judgemental, down to earth counsellor. I work with adults who are struggling with different aspects of their lives. I have a particular interest and experience in working with anxiety, childhood trauma and identity.
I offer a compassionate, safe space in which we can explore the issues that are troubling you and find a better way forward. I have worked with many clients in both long and short term counselling helping them to process and overcome their difficulties and trauma. I have worked extensively within the LGBT+ community and with adults from all walks of life.
I’m here to help if you’re feeling overwhelmed with life, anxiety or depression. Perhaps you feel sad and don’t really know why. We can work together to find a way through these difficult times.
