Hello, My name is Lucy, I am a qualified counsellor and Senior Psychological well-being practitioner for IAPT. I work in an integrative modality meaning the therapy will be led by you and what you would like to focus on. I strongly believe we are the best experts on ourselves but can sometimes become lost along the way and can refind ourselves or answer questions in therapy. I work with different counselling modalities and adapt to what may be more appropriate for you. Additionally, I can implement guided self-help CBT to help with any difficulties in the present and to provide coping strategies/interventions
I can support any individuals struggling with many different avenues within life, from finding a sense of purpose, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, symptoms of depression and anxiety, bereavement, childhood struggles or anyone seeking to find a safe place to talk and learn strategies to help.
