I am a BACP registered counsellor and work for a private counselling charity. I have a wealth of experience working for the NHS and understand the pressures and complexities of working in the healthcare environment.
I have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced domestic abuse. Many people who have experienced an abusive relationship are left feeling confused, scared and anxious. Some are left questioning their reality and wondering if it is all their fault. I am able to offer a safe and confidential space where we can untangle these difficult thoughts and feelings together and bring some peace back to your life
I believe that counselling should be accessible to everyone and can offer concessions for those on low income
I am available in-person in Chelmsford and Bishops Stortford or online and I can offer weekly 50 minute sessions.
We can work on an open ended basis or shorter term work.
