I offer an attachment-informed, relational humanistic counselling which emphasises the importance of the therapeutic relationship within which I attempt to offer acceptance and understanding for whatever you wish to bring. I look to create a safe space where you can bring your whole self and explore anything you wish in your own time. I've worked with people experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, sexual and relational issues. I also work with couples in a collaborative and compassionate way looking to foster good communication.
In providing a compassionate and equal relationship, it is my hope to collaborate with you to bring about personal growth. I experience working with trauma and a special interest in relationships including non-traditional relationships (polyamory, open-relationships) and sex. I also work with couples therapeutically and offer ENM coaching.
Sometimes we feel that our experience is invalidated, we feel judged or that we lose our sense of authentic self, when this happens, being in a non-judgemental, compassionate and honest relationship can help to offer support and an environment conducive to exploration.
