Using metaphor, movement and mindfulness, I'll help you to tap in to your body's inner wisdom, allowing your nervous system to reset and bring you relief, calm and balance.
The work is collaborative, nurturing and supportive with the aim of supporting you to feel whole and connected, and live without the overwhelm. I work in a small, private wood in Crowborough (TN6) and public woods in Uckfield (TN22).
