I specialise in working with women in professional caring roles experiencing mental and emotional overload. Perhaps this is you? You love your job (holistic therapist, teacher, social worker, medical/healthcare worker amongst others) but are on the brink of burnout; you rarely have time for self-care and feel overwhelmed by the time, energy and commitment you give to others. You may even be contemplating giving up your job. I can help you to find a way forward that re-energises you, and allows you to honour all parts of who you are, including your parts that are dedicated to helping others.
I work in the woods as both a naturally restorative space and a resource. I invite my clients to reflect on what they experience in the natural environment as a way to better understand themselves and work on the changes they would like to see. I invite the body, hands and heart into the work as well as the mind (talking) for a whole body experience.
I have over 15 years' experience as a therapist and my expertise includes anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, attachment, tricky relationships and climate grief.
