I work with young people and adults who may feel like they have to keep everything together for everyone else. I help people who feel overwhelmed by life, relationships or past experiences. Therapy with me gives you space to slow down, talk openly and understand what has been weighing on you. Together we can work through difficult emotions, patterns and experiences in a way that feels manageable.
