I'm a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a professional background working alongside vulnerable adults facing complex challenges, including homelessness, substance use, and mental health difficulties. I understand that life rarely fits neatly into categories — and that the people who have faced the most are often the least well served by traditional support.

Whether you're dealing with the lasting effects of trauma, struggling with anxiety or low mood, navigating addiction or recovery, facing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life — I offer a space that is warm, honest, and entirely free of judgment.
