I specialise in loss/change, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, illness, disability, neurological disorders, and some psychological issues. With much personal experience of a variety of narcissistic relationships and hearing similar experiences in many clients, I also specialise in narcissistic abuse, helping clients to heal from, and make sense of, a narcissistic relationship, recognising common narcissistic traits and techniques of power, control and manipulation.
I offer a confidential, safe space to explore your own thoughts, worries and feelings with an emphasis on realising your “authentic self” without judgement.
It takes courage to seek help and perhaps you're not sure if counselling is for you. If you need to talk about any challenging circumstances, you have already taken the first step to feeling better.
