I have supported clients with a wide range of difficulties, including: anxiety, perfectionism and self-criticism, body image and low self-esteem, depression, bereavement and loss, and trauma. Many clients find therapy helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and more able to navigate life’s challenges, as well as more comfortable in who they are.
