I am here to help. My name is Lucia and I work with clients of all ages.
I understand that being able to name the issue or the goal can be challenging. We often don’t know how we feel and this is even more true for children who are learning to navigate their own wellbeing and the world around them. That is why I work with clients’ needs, even unspoken ones, using various techniques from talking to creative approaches, which can help us understand ourselves and overcome challenges whilst building resilience and confidence.
I specialise in working with anger, abuse, anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief, family relationships and others.
Every client is unique, and each session is tailored specifically to them. When it comes to creative work, I use play therapy techniques such as sand tray, arts and crafts, and more, all adapted to each client’s individual needs and preferences.
