I offer 'guided imagery' sessions (like hypnotherapy) - a powerful way to practice turning your imagination to your advantage. I have helped many people to overcome addictions (gambling, gaming, sex and/ or porn, drugs and alcohol) and build a new and more meaningful life. Whether it's personal, professional, or academic success that you are looking for, I am keen to offer my behaviour change expertise and experience.
