I specialise in relationship therapy for adults and young adults, supporting individuals and couples facing challenges in family life, work relationships, and experiences of loss. I work with the emotional impact of these difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and grief. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life or struggling with questions that feel difficult to answer alone, therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect, understand, and move forward.
There are reasons why you experience stress or distress as couples or individuals. My approach blends compassion with curiosity, insight with directness, and understanding with patience, to illuminate causes and help you find ways forward.
I work with adults, young adults and couples face to face in Chiswick and online, and adapt my approach to meet your needs. I offer both open-ended and time-limited work. I offer all clients an initial phone or video consultation at no charge.
