Are you the woman who once had fire in her eyes but now feels lost in the endless cycle of work, school runs, and being everything to everyone except yourself?
You've done everything "right" – the career, the family, the nice house – yet something HUGE is missing. That wild, fierce woman you were when you dreamt about who you’d be as an excited little girl.
Exhausted by the constant grind of being everyone's everything
Feeling disconnected from who they were before family, work and before life got into lifeing.
Ready (truly ready) to dismantle limiting beliefs about womanhood

You might turn to therapy for a number of reasons: having faced a life-changing event: trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or low self- esteem. You may struggle with functioning day to day, or feel overwhelmed by feelings and emotions that you don’t understand. Past life events can also get in the way of living your life in the present moment, and you may struggle to connect with others and feel isolated. Perhaps you feel as though no one really listens, or understands what you are going through. This is where confidential help and support in the form of therapy could be the answer.
