I have 20 years experience as a Counsellor & across other support roles, including work with Young People, Troubled families, Loss and Relationships. I have faced my own challenges as a young person and as a parent. I am genuine & non-judgemental, with care for those I support. I bring my real self to sessions and also when appropriate a dash of humour!
Sessions are online. Being remote can alleviate some anxiety. There is also a Walk & Talk option. 50 min sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly for £60 a session, or a block of x 10 can be booked - at a rate of £55 per session if paid in advance.
I also currently offering a 12 week (Self) Love Therapy program, a coaching approach. Current exchange £75.
