Many of the people I work with have lived with their difficulties for a long time, often rooted in childhood or earlier relationships, the same patterns repeating despite previous therapy. I have particular expertise in complex, long-standing difficulties, including personality disorders, complex trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, and chronic anxiety or depression. I also work with people facing milder challenges who feel stuck or not quite themselves. Drawing on years of experience across the NHS and private practice, I help you understand what drives the difficulty and move towards clarity, connection, and relief.
I'm a Counselling Psychologist (DPsych, HCPC) and Certified Schema Therapist. Since qualifying, I've continued developing my skills through specialist training within the NHS and private practice, including advanced work in Schema Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness approaches and advanced clinical supervision.
