My name is Louise, and I am a chartered and registered Psychologist, offering a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. With extensive experience working in a variety of settings, I have had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds through complex and challenging times. In my current NHS role I work as a Principal Forensic Psychologist working with individuals who engage in harmful behaviour. I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful and positive changes in your life.
I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. By drawing on these approaches, I tailor my work to meet your unique needs, helping you to address your specific challenges in a compassionate manner.
I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and I am dedicated to fostering a space where your unique strengths and challenges are fully understood and supported. I have been working within this field for over a decade and I absolutely love what I do and feel very privileged.
