Clients come to me when they are experiencing distress in their relationships, with their sex lives or within themselves. Whether they are seeking help in processing a string of messy break-ups, exploring alternative relationship such as polyamory or intimacy styles such as kink and BDSM, dealing with cheating, shame, guilt or regret, or suffering from low self-esteem and feeling stuck. I listen, reflect, and support my clients with identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviour patterns. Nothing is taboo or too shocking to bring to me. Also experienced in delivering workshops and seminars to groups, media and educational settings.

I can help with relationship issues including romantic, platonic, family and work colleagues; I can advise upon sexual difficulties, exploring sexuality, alternative relationships, kink, shame, jealousy, controlling behaviour, codependency; and I can help clients to process and reframe their own negative core beliefs and change unhelpful coping strategies.

I offer a truly safe space and never judge my clients. You will have my complete attention, and I am committed to giving you the opportunity to examine what is going on for you, accompanying you on your journey of understanding and supporting you in taking positive steps and finding contentment, whether that involves big changes, or reframing and acceptance.

This group meets ONLINE once a month to discuss all aspects of Ethical Non-Monogamy. There are workshops, Q&A sessions, discussions and support on issues such as jealousy and envy, infidelity, fear of loss and abandonment, communication, relationship breakdown, managing time and emotional connectedness and many more. It is a supportive and accepting group, where kindness, compassion and belonging are at the forefront, as it is hard to find people to talk to who 'get it'. Non-monogamy can be difficult, confusing and scary at times but can also add so much joy and extra love!
