Do you find yourself caught up in cycles of worry that just seem to go on and on, or rely on coping strategies that don’t seem to really make you feel any better? Are you in a situation that doesn’t seem to be improving or feel concerned about the future of your relationship with your partner? Perhaps you feel that your mental health has taken a dip and you find yourself struggling to return to a state of positive mental wellbeing? Whether you’re seeking support on your own or attending sessions with your partner, I offer a protected and supportive space to explore your needs and goals
I've worked in mental health since 2005, for charities and in NHS Talking Therapies. I am qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Couple Therapy for Depression. In addition, I am currently completing an Accredited Life Coaching Diploma and will be offering this at Renewed Perspectives Therapies and Life Coaching very soon!
I chose to work in mental health because I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience positive mental wellbeing. Just as we take deliberate steps to care for our physical health, our mental health needs nurturing too. Talking therapy can be a powerful step towards self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.
