I am a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist. I work predominantly with adults, adolescents and tweens. In addition to CBT, I am trained in ACT, CFT, EMDR and MBCT. I have worked within mental health since 1999. I have a particular interest in working with all the various types of anxiety, low self esteem and trauma. My interpersonal approach is warm, genuine and compassionate. I am a human being too so I have my own experiences of how our minds work and how they get in a mess! I don’t have a website.
