Many of my clients are struggling with anxiety, trauma, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. Some are processing past abuse or loss, while others feel stuck or disconnected and want to understand themselves better. You may be seeking relief, clarity, or a calmer mind. Whether you have clear goals or just need someone to talk to, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can work at your pace. I primarily work with adult individuals and couples aged 18 and over. In some cases, I also see young people aged 14 and above, depending on their individual circumstances and presenting needs.
I’m a Senior Psychotherapist and retired Mental Health Nurse with over 40 years’ experience. I offer individual and couples therapy in person, online, by phone, or outdoors. I specialise in trauma, PTSD, abuse, depression and emotional regulation, and tailor each session to your unique needs.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping alone. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it by yourself.
