Hello I'm Louise and I have been in private practice since 2018. I work with individuals and couples aged 18+. I create a safe and inclusive space that is accepting and empowering for all people. I can help you to increase understanding of yourself and how your past impacts your present. Then increase understanding of how you can help and support yourself in the here and now so that you become free to live a full life in the present and future.
I am committed to attending regular training and CPD and learning more about how to help people. I have completed training in working with trauma, eating disorders and personality disorders.
I have a lot of experience in working with Depression and Anxiety. I have also supported and worked with; Anger management, Bereavement, Disordered eating, Neurodiversity, OCD, Personal development, Relationship problems, Self-esteem, Self-harm, Stress, Suicidal ideation, Trauma, Women’s issues.
