You may have found yourself here as a result of wanting help with things that feel overwhelming right now. Perhaps your relationship isn't going in the direction you would like or work is becoming difficult to face. Maybe you have suffered a bereavement or you have a daily struggle with anxiety or depression. Whatever your battle may be, counselling is a way to gain support and a deeper understanding for what is impacting you and your life. I use an integrative modality of therapy, drawing on a range of theoretical perspectives including psychodynamic and person-centred.
I value individual difference, honesty, integrity, finding your own path, standing out from the crowd, connection and relationships. People can be empowered to find their own answers. I am not a fixer and don't have all the answers, although I may have a suggestion or two. I am OK to sit with people in chaos and can acknowledge difficult moments.
A safe and confidential space will be provided for us to carry out our sessions. The aim is to gain insight into yourself, which can potentially allow you to lead a more fulfilling life, whilst also feeling better equipped to manage the rollercoaster moments we inevitably encounter. Contact me confidentially via phone or email to arrange a free consultation.
