I provide a space where you can rest, talk, reflect, or express whatever you want to in whatever way works for you. I hope to help you find a way to see more clearly where you want to go in life, and who you are.
I have no expectations or judgements. I'm interested in you and your situation, however messy it may seem to be. I can provide you with a safe and containing space to be you and to allow yourself to rest and gain clarity and..when you're ready... choose your way forward.
