I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist with 16 years experience with a wide range of Mental Health challenges. I provide attachment-based psychotherapy, energy psychology, and EMDR. I help clients manage emotions including anxiety, panic, anger, sadness, and depression, and develop strategies for emotional regulation. Evidence suggests a strong therapeutic alliance and regulation techniques promote security and safety where clients can progress and process trauma, grief, and loss or other challenges. My goal is to help clients understand themselves through attachment theory and find more joy peace purpose or contentment in life.

My theoretical approach, the Clarkson Relational Model, combines Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Transpersonal counselling theories. I have post-graduate training in CBT, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, EMDR, and energy psychotherapy, including emotional freedom technique.
