Coming to know our neurodivergent identity can cause ripples that spread out through all areas of our live, as we begin to understand how it has always impacted on the way we move through the world. But it can also give us an opportunity to make the changes we need to reduced our levels of dysregulation and distress as we curate a life that works for us.
I love working with clients who are exploring their own neurodivergence and want to begin making changes to bring them closer to a sustainable and balanced life that makes space for all of who they are.
I support you to increase your of understanding of your individual neurodivergent identity and how it impacts on all areas of your life. By integrating the different aspects of your own identity and learning to attend to your individual needs with kindness and compassion you can learn to navigate the waves and ripples you are experiencing.
I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who has done exactly this after coming to know my autistic self and developing a chronic illness that meant I couldn't carry on as before.
