I work with pre-teens, teenagers and younger adults as well as parents who seek more positive relationships with their children (young or adult). I offer short and long term counselling and coaching for clients with specific or complex issues by supporting them to identify the roots of the problems and potential tools and strategies to make positive change.
I can offer you a comfortable space online, to explore explore how you have become who you are, who you want to be and how you want to be in the world. I can support you to develop more effective communication and collaboration skills, self regard and agency to build healthier choices, patterns and relationships.
