I offer face to face counselling and online counselling for individuals and couples seeking therapy . I offer therapy ,counselling and coaching on a variety of different issues and work in an integrative way, using different approaches. I also help clients if they so wish to bring a higher subconscious awareness so that they can seek peace and happiness in your life.
Couples work and Marriage Preparation , Same Sex Couples and Relationship Work. I enjoy working with couples in different types of relationships and use an attachment-based approach. I also use a coaching approach with couples to help them to facilitate healthy communication and non conflict approach fostering a more nurturing approach.
I have worked with clients over the last 20 years as a social worker and 10 years as a counsellor /therapist to guide support and offer strategies to support clients through challenging times so that they can reach a solution or transformation in their personal lives.I am a yoga teacher and work with clients somatically, with trauma and childhood trauma
